After all this time, I have put down the brushes on this piece. I thought it was done often, and then hung it up on the wall. Oh boy. Seems to be the story of my life lately.<\/p>\n

With many hours of studying what I was not getting right, or at least the way I wanted it to be, I have finally gotten to that place. I can honestly say it is done. If I showed you all the iterations I considered putting forward, you might think I had done 7 different paintings. Some pieces are just that way. Some go as planned. But the hard ones keep me on my toes.<\/p>\n

Time for a companion piece? Or something completely different? We shall see.<\/p>\n
